Public trust page - Independent assurance always depends on the customer’s deployed environment, evidence, and assessor choice.

Independent Assurance

Prepare the records an external reviewer may ask for without confusing preparation with approval.

Scaled Agents can support independent assurance readiness by organizing AI worker identity, scope, runtime decisions, human approvals, and evidence references for a customer-managed deployment.

External programs and assessors may review a specific deployed AI worker system in a company environment. This page explains how the product can support that preparation without implying that Scaled Agents itself has been certified or that a public page can satisfy an audit.

Context

Preparation is useful, but independent assurance still requires customer-owned evidence.

A control plane can help an enterprise get organized for review, but assessors usually evaluate the deployed AI worker system, the operating procedures around it, and the evidence produced in that customer environment.

That means the product is part of the review story, not the whole story. The customer owns deployment, hosting, identity, data handling, production decisions, and formal engagement with its chosen reviewers.

  • Deployed-system reviews are environment specific
  • Customer legal, security, privacy, and audit teams remain accountable
  • Product records support preparation, not automatic closure

Readiness Components

Independent review usually needs five things.

Scope

Which AI worker or deployed system is in review, for which users, data, actions, and runtime boundary.

Control path

Named owner, Passport scope, Toll Gate logic, Human Review, Runtime Permit checks, and fail-closed behavior.

Evidence set

Customer-approved records, testing outputs, logging, remediation history, and role-separation proof.

Claim boundary Scaled Agents does not appoint assessors, issue certificates, approve production use, or provide an audit conclusion. Independent assurance remains a customer-managed process with external reviewer involvement where applicable.

Product Role

How the product can help.

Passport scope

Defines the AI worker identity, owner, purpose, and approved boundaries under review.

Control records

Shows how Toll Gates, Human Review, Runtime Permits, and policy decisions shape action admissibility.

Evidence composition

Supports customer-safe summaries and traceable references to supporting records.

Shared responsibility

Makes clear which responsibilities remain with the customer versus the product provider.
