Website Privacy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Scaled Agents™ may collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Scaled Agents™ public website. The website is intended for general informational use and initial business inquiries.
This public-ready candidate policy is provided for transparency while Scaled Agents™ completes final attorney review and any remaining privacy, legal, security, and production-readiness checks. Published Date: May 16, 2026. Version: v1.0. It does not replace a customer agreement, data processing agreement, privacy addendum, security review, or qualified privacy/legal advice. It is intended to help users prepare for review, not to certify or approve their documents, workflows, or compliance posture.
Customer Authority And Review Boundary
Scaled Agents™ website materials, public previews, downloads, Studio previews, Passport records, framework mappings, readiness views, reports, and related planning materials are provided for education, readiness planning, review preparation, and evidence preparation only. They do not guarantee an outcome, approve production use, authorize an AI worker, certify compliance, validate security posture, provide legal advice, create compliance determinations, or create audit opinions.
Customers remain responsible for their own validation, legal review, privacy review, security review, compliance review, audit review, production decisions, and use of any materials. Only the customer's accountable owners, attorneys, auditors, security reviewers, compliance reviewers, privacy reviewers, legal reviewers, and other qualified advisors can make formal determinations or approvals for that customer.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact information and high-level organization details that you choose to submit, such as name, work email, organization, role, phone number if provided, region, interest area, current stage, timing, budget range if provided, communication preference, AI worker or workflow context, non-confidential behavior examples, and a general description of your request. We may also create CRM or contact-management records for inquiry tracking and follow-up. We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, form validation results, and CAPTCHA verification status.
For the Scaled Agents™ AI-Powered Company Blueprint & Launch Readiness Package or related advisory services, customers may provide business ideas, business plans, company information, product or service notes, market assumptions, workflow notes, files, and other planning materials through approved intake, upload, or follow-up channels. Do not provide passwords, credentials, API keys, private keys, production secrets, unnecessary sensitive personal data, regulated data not needed for planning, confidential third-party materials you do not have rights to share, or illegal content.
Current Website and Portal Preview Boundary
The current public site and portal preview are not production customer systems. Production portal access requires customer-approved authentication, MFA, tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit logging, secure artifact storage, privacy review, and owner approval. Do not enter real customer data in this preview.
Information Categories
Depending on the interaction, Scaled Agents™ may process high-level business contact data, request context, readiness conversation notes, service-planning materials, communication preferences, technical website logs, security or anti-abuse signals, public-download inquiry records, partner-program request context, framework-readiness discussion notes, and customer-designated planning materials. Future production portal capabilities may involve Agent Registry records, Passport records, readiness reports, remediation records, training records, support requests, and governance evidence, but those capabilities require separate production review and privacy/security review before use with real customer data.
Sources of Information
Information may come from the person submitting a public form, a customer-designated contact, a partner or advisor authorized to submit information, website and anti-abuse systems, communication and CRM tools, public business context, or customer-approved follow-up channels. Scaled Agents™ should not infer authorization to process confidential or regulated data from a public website visit or public download alone.
How We Use Information
We may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, send a confirmation copy of a submitted request, understand general interest in Scaled Agents™ services, prepare appropriate follow-up, manage inquiry records in CRM or contact-management systems, improve public website content, review recommendations or suggestions for improvement, manage consent or communication preferences, protect against spam or abuse, and support business planning.
Review boundary. Users should review and validate planning outputs before reliance or use.
Customer inputs may be used to prepare draft planning, documentation, readiness, advisory, and AI-assisted outputs for the customer. Outputs may require customer review and appropriate professional review before reliance, filing, publication, launch, funding discussions, investor presentations, customer-facing use, or operational use. Users should seek qualified legal review for legal-sensitive documents and qualified expert review for security, privacy, compliance, finance, tax, operational, or other specialist topics.
AI-Assisted Processing
Scaled Agents™ may use AI-assisted internal tools to help draft, summarize, review, classify, or prepare governance-support materials. AI-assisted processing does not remove customer responsibility for submitting only authorized information, reviewing outputs, validating accuracy, and seeking qualified professional review where needed. Scaled Agents™ should not use public website submissions to train public AI models unless a separate reviewed policy and consent path is approved.
Governance Intelligence, SLM-ready materials, and SLM-assisted outputs should use only public-safe or customer-authorized planning context. Do not submit confidential customer records, regulated data, secrets, production evidence, private prompts, third-party proprietary content, or sensitive system details for public SLM package review, sample generation, or website inquiry workflows.
Planning Input Restrictions
Customers should submit only information they are authorized to share and that is reasonably needed for the requested planning or advisory purpose. Customers should not submit passwords, credentials, API keys, private keys, unnecessary sensitive personal data, regulated data not needed for planning, confidential third-party materials they do not have rights to share, production secrets, or illegal content.
Professional Review Boundary
Scaled Agents™ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, regulatory, or compliance advice through public website intake or business-planning services. Customers are responsible for verifying outputs and consulting appropriate qualified professionals before relying on or using draft materials. Scaled Agents educates and helps customers prepare for review; it does not certify documents, approvals, control effectiveness, or readiness outcomes.
How We Protect Information
Scaled Agents™ intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for an early-stage public website, including limiting collection, limiting access, protecting configured secrets, using CAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse checks, and reviewing retention practices. No website transmission or storage method can be assured to be risk-free.
When We Share Information
We do not intend to sell submitted contact information. We may share information with service providers or advisors who help operate the website, validate CAPTCHA challenges, send email confirmations, manage CRM or contact-management workflows, manage inquiry follow-up, respond to inquiries, or support business operations, subject to appropriate review.
Scaled Agents™ may also work with qualified advisors, legal/privacy/security reviewers, or implementation partners where needed for customer-designated review or service delivery. Customer-specific confidentiality, data processing, retention, access, and sharing terms should be handled in the applicable agreement before production use or sensitive-data processing.
Partner-program inquiries may be reviewed with internal team members, qualified advisors, or potential implementation partners only where needed to evaluate the request, prepare follow-up, or support an agreed engagement. Scaled Agents™ does not treat a public partner inquiry as authorization to disclose customer confidential information, regulated data, production credentials, or client-specific evidence to third parties.
Service Provider and Subprocessor Boundary
Public website operation may involve service providers for hosting, analytics/tag governance, anti-abuse checks, email delivery, CRM/contact management, security monitoring, and business operations. A formal subprocessor list, data processing addendum, international-transfer terms, and customer-specific service-provider obligations should be finalized before production processing of customer confidential, regulated, or workspace data.
Framework And Partner Readiness Data
Framework references, partner categories, deployment contexts, and customer-selected ecosystem details may be used to route readiness conversations and prepare draft planning materials. These references are for review preparation only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, certification, formal validation, legal conclusion, compliance conclusion, security authorization, or production approval.
Customer Workspace Boundary
Any future customer workspace, partner workspace, client-specific instance, or production portal capability requires approved access controls, workspace separation, confidentiality terms, data processing terms where applicable, retention expectations, audit logging, and owner authorization before live customer data is used. Public previews and sample downloads should not receive or store real customer records, secrets, regulated data, or production evidence.
International and Cross-Border Processing
Website and business-operation tools may process information in locations where Scaled Agents™ or its reviewed service providers operate. Customer-specific cross-border transfer terms, regional privacy obligations, data residency expectations, and regulated-data transfer restrictions should be handled in an approved data processing agreement or customer agreement before production use.
Data Retention
Submitted information should be retained only as long as needed for inquiry response, CRM or contact-management follow-up, consent or communication preference records, legal obligations, security review, or operational records. Retention periods should be finalized before production launch.
Readiness reports, Passport records, evidence summaries, support requests, and training records may require different retention treatment when production portal capabilities are cleared for customer use. Those records should be classified, access-controlled, and governed by customer-designated retention expectations before they are used for live customer operations.
Security Incidents and Sensitive Data
Public website users should avoid submitting sensitive information through public forms. If sensitive information is submitted despite these warnings, Scaled Agents™ may delete, redact, restrict, or decline to process it. Customer-specific incident notification, investigation, remediation, evidence preservation, and regulatory notice obligations should be governed by an approved agreement before production data processing begins.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request that Scaled Agents™ update or delete contact information submitted through the website, subject to reasonable business, legal, security, and operational limitations. If you opt in to occasional communications, you should be able to opt out through a communications preference path or by contacting Support at Scaled Agents™.
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Scaled Agents™ should route rights requests through a verified process before disclosing, changing, or deleting records.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children.
