These Terms of Use apply to use of the Scaled Agents™ public website. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful, appropriate, and informational purposes.
Website Use
The website provides high-level information about Scaled Agents™ concepts, services, training, and public positioning. It is not intended to provide confidential, client-specific, regulated, or implementation-specific guidance.
Scope of These Terms
These terms cover the public website, public previews, non-confidential examples, downloadable DEV samples, informational content, initial high-level inquiries, and the expressly identified Scaled Agent Blueprint digital workbook checkout. Customer-specific services, paid work beyond the workbook purchase, portal access, support commitments, data processing, confidentiality obligations, implementation work, training delivery, and production use require separate review and may require a separate agreement or statement of work.
Portal previews, Passport previews, guided proof samples, marketplace previews, training previews, and downloadable sample records are review materials only. Except for the separately identified Scaled Agent Blueprint digital workbook checkout, they do not provide live authentication, customer data storage, artifact delivery, payment processing, legal conclusion, compliance conclusion, security conclusion, audit opinion, or production use.
Paid Digital Workbook Purchases
The Scaled Agent Blueprint digital workbook is a paid digital planning resource sold through Stripe checkout where the public page links to the Stripe purchase path. Stripe handles payment collection for that checkout. The purchase includes the digital book/workbook and included templates only.
Workbook purchase does not include consulting, implementation, Scaled Agents Control Plane™ access, future updates, worksheet review, advisory support, legal advice, compliance conclusions, security authorization, AI worker approval, production authorization, or enterprise-wide rights unless separately purchased or agreed.
Use of the workbook and included templates is limited to planning and internal facilitation within one purchasing legal entity. Affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, client delivery, external workshops, enterprise-wide reuse, resale, redistribution, white-labeling, republication, use as a standalone model-training corpus, or competing commercial use require separate written permission or an enterprise license.
Completed worksheets may contain sensitive operational information. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated records, private customer data, confidential system details, sensitive prompts, or private evidence through public forms or unreviewed channels.
Customer Authority And Review Boundary
Scaled Agents™ public materials, downloads, Studio previews, Passport records, framework mappings, readiness views, reports, training materials, and related outputs are provided for education, planning, readiness support, review preparation, and evidence preparation only. They do not guarantee an outcome, approve production use, authorize an AI worker, certify compliance, validate security posture, provide legal advice, make compliance determinations, or create audit opinions.
Customers retain responsibility for their own validation, legal review, privacy review, security review, compliance review, audit review, production decisions, and use of any materials. Formal determinations and approvals must come from the customer's accountable owners, attorneys, auditors, security reviewers, compliance reviewers, privacy reviewers, legal reviewers, and other qualified advisors.
Licensed Platform And Customer-Managed License Boundary
Scaled Agents™ is intended as a licensed software platform that customers host or manage themselves when customer-specific deployment is approved under a written agreement. The platform provides governance primitives, evidence infrastructure, framework mapping, readiness templates, training materials, and support resources. Scaled Agents™ does not perform governance services on behalf of customers, operate customer environments as a managed service provider, certify compliance or security posture, or provide legal, regulatory, audit, medical, financial, employment, or security conclusions unless a separate approved agreement expressly defines a qualified professional-service scope.
Customers remain responsible for hosting or managing their own instance, configuring controls for their own environment, integrating with their own systems, maintaining security and access controls, preserving their own evidence and records, seeking qualified legal, audit, security, privacy, and compliance review, determining production readiness, and owning all operational accountability and decision-making.
Agreement Stack and Order of Precedence
For customer-specific work, these public website terms should be read as baseline website terms only. If an executed order form, statement of work, master services agreement, software license agreement, data processing addendum, confidentiality agreement, support policy, partner agreement, or other approved written agreement applies, that written agreement controls the specific paid service, licensed software, support commitment, confidentiality obligation, data processing obligation, delivery scope, or partner right it covers.
Any conflict between public website language and an approved written agreement should be resolved through the order of precedence stated in that agreement. If no order of precedence is stated, the parties should resolve the conflict in writing before relying on the affected term.
Partner Program Boundary
Partner, advisor, implementation, referral, reseller, co-branded, white-label, or client-workspace language on this website is informational until governed by an approved written agreement. A partner inquiry, pilot discussion, or public listing does not create an agency relationship, joint venture, reseller authority, endorsement, certification authority, professional-services relationship, or permission to use Scaled Agents™ marks, materials, workspaces, templates, or client deliverables beyond the scope approved in writing.
Informational Purpose Only
Website content is provided for general information only. It may describe concepts, frameworks, services, and examples at a high level.
Website content may discuss framework-informed readiness, governance evidence, audit-supporting preparation, and responsible AI operating practices. These references do not mean Scaled Agents™ has completed a formal attestation, accreditation, external attestation, audit opinion, regulator approval, government recognition, or customer-specific compliance determination.
Framework Reference Boundary
References to ISO, NIST, OWASP, MITRE, EU AI Act readiness, cloud security guidance, responsible AI practices, or similar frameworks are used only as public-source context for readiness, mapping, self-assessment, and evidence preparation. Third-party framework names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Framework references do not imply Scaled Agents™ is affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, validated by, or approved by those owners or by a regulator, standards body, auditor, or certification body.
No Professional, Legal, Security, Compliance, or Regulatory Advice
Website content does not provide professional, legal, security, compliance, regulatory, accounting, tax, or other specialized advice. You should consult qualified advisors for decisions that require professional judgment.
Scaled Agents™ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, regulatory, compliance, insurance, or professional advice unless separately contracted through qualified professionals. Customer must consult appropriate qualified professionals before using outputs for business formation, contracts, filings, funding discussions, investor presentations, public launch, hiring, operations, customer-facing use, or regulated activities.
Any references to AI Worker, AI Executive Reviewer, Passport, Toll Gate, Prompt / Behavior Profile, readiness, governance, or review outputs are informational and advisory only. They do not replace human executive, legal, security, compliance, technical, or professional judgment.
AI Provider and Model Boundary
Scaled Agents™ is positioned as an enterprise AI governance, orchestration, runtime control, and operationalization platform. It is not a model provider, chatbot application, provider-managed service, or substitute for customer-selected AI, security, compliance, legal, and operational review.
References to AI providers, agent platforms, cloud services, tools, or integrations are informational deployment context only. They do not imply partnership, endorsement, formal attestation, accreditation, affiliation, approval, or dependency unless explicitly stated in an approved written agreement.
Responsible AI and Human Oversight
Scaled Agents™ combines human expertise, strategy, and operational experience with artificial intelligence to help accelerate research, analysis, decision-making, documentation, automation, and execution workflows.
While AI can improve speed, visibility, and operational efficiency, artificial intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information. Human review, judgment, validation, and oversight remain essential at all times.
Scaled Agents™ is designed with a human-in-the-loop approach. Final decisions, actions, implementations, compliance obligations, and operational outcomes remain the responsibility of the end user, organization, or authorized decision-maker.
Users should carefully review, validate, test, and confirm all outputs, recommendations, generated content, configurations, workflows, governance decisions, code, and operational guidance before relying on or implementing them in production, legal, financial, regulatory, security, medical, or other high-impact environments.
Scaled Agents™ provides software, tools, guidance, orchestration patterns, automation support, and AI-enhanced resources intended to help streamline and accelerate workflows. Scaled Agents™ does not promise accuracy, completeness, fitness for a specific purpose, regulatory compliance, or business outcomes, and is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on generated outputs or recommendations.
By using Scaled Agents™, users acknowledge that AI-assisted systems require responsible human oversight and independent verification.
Draft Outputs and Customer Responsibility
Review boundary. Users should review and validate planning outputs before reliance or use.
Scaled Agents™ may provide draft planning, documentation, advisory, workflow, AI-assisted, business-readiness, and launch-readiness outputs. Outputs may include AI-assisted content, customer-provided information, public information, assumptions, estimates, and third-party source material. These materials may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misinterpreted, or unsuitable. Customer is responsible for reviewing, validating, correcting, and approving all outputs before reliance or use.
Readiness materials, governance summaries, Passport previews, evidence summaries, and framework-informed self-assessment outputs are governance-support materials. They are not legal opinions, audit opinions, security attestations, compliance readiness statements, certifications, or permission to deploy an AI system in production.
Governance Intelligence and SLM Output Boundary
Governance Intelligence, SLM-ready materials, and any SLM-assisted or generated outputs are provided by Scaled Agents™ for planning, readiness, and review-preparation purposes only. They should be treated as claim-free placeholder context for human review unless an approved written agreement states otherwise.
These outputs do not authorize, certify, approve, validate, warrant, or guarantee legal, compliance, audit, security, production, implementation, customer-readiness, model-release, or business outcomes. Commercial implementation, production deployment, customer-facing use, resale, white-labeling, derivative service delivery, or operational use requires a separate paid Scaled Agents license or written agreement.
No Client Relationship
Viewing this website, using the intake form, submitting a request, entering a consultation workflow, or being recorded in a CRM or contact-management system does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, legal, or professional services relationship with Scaled Agents™.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Scaled Agents™ does not promise business, technical, security, compliance, regulatory, operational, training, or financial outcomes from use of the website or from high-level concepts described on the website.
Scaled Agents™ does not promise business formation, funding, SBA approval, lender approval, investor interest, VC investment, revenue, market adoption, legal compliance, tax outcome, regulatory conclusion, security posture, operational success, launch success, or business outcome.
No Formation, Operation, Certification, or Business Management
Scaled Agents™ does not form, fund, operate, attest to, insure, legally approve, or manage the customer’s business.
Customer-Specific Outputs
Subject to the applicable agreement and payment, customer may use customer-specific outputs for its own internal business planning, advisor review, funding preparation, and operational planning. Customer-specific outputs are provided for customer planning and review use only.
Partner-assisted outputs, client-workspace outputs, framework mappings, readiness reports, Passport summaries, and Governance Evidence Package materials remain draft governance-support artifacts unless an applicable agreement and qualified human review path says otherwise. They do not transfer Scaled Agents™ IP, grant sublicensing rights, approve production use, or authorize external publication without the required customer and Scaled Agents™ approvals.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorization, classification, and completeness of information it provides; for obtaining rights to submit third-party materials; for reviewing draft outputs; for deciding whether and how to use any output; for securing its own systems, users, credentials, prompts, data, approvals, records, and deployment environments; and for obtaining legal, privacy, security, compliance, procurement, audit, finance, and business approvals where required. Users should seek qualified legal review of legal-sensitive documents they produce and qualified expert review for other specialist matters before reliance or release.
Customer remains responsible for its own AI systems, model providers, cloud environments, SaaS tools, connectors, workflows, data sources, data subjects, regulated activities, production releases, third-party obligations, and operational outcomes unless a separate written agreement expressly allocates a specific responsibility differently.
Customer-controlled platform improvements, configuration changes, connector work, workflow updates, or suggested enhancements may inform Scaled Agents™ product evolution only under approved contribution, confidentiality, support, and intellectual-property terms. Feedback alone does not transfer ownership of customer materials or Scaled Agents™ proprietary materials.
Accounts, Workspaces, and Portal Access
Public portal, marketplace, dashboard, Passport Studio Preview, Control Plane Preview, and workspace references are previews unless separately activated under an approved written agreement. Production access requires approved authentication, access controls, workspace separation, audit logging, support terms, security review, privacy review, data processing terms where applicable, and customer owner authorization.
Users must keep account credentials secure, use only authorized access paths, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and avoid sharing workspace access across customers, clients, tenants, or unrelated engagements unless an approved agreement and access model expressly allows it.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Scaled Agents™ names, content, designs, concepts, text, graphics, public materials, and related brand elements are owned by or used by Scaled Agents™ unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, publish, or use website content in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership without written permission.
Public Planning Use
Scaled Agents™ public templates, examples, GPT experiences, and downloadable samples are intended to support learning, evaluation, governance planning, readiness conversations, advisor preparation, and internal review. Visitors may use public materials for their own planning and review, subject to these Terms and any applicable agreement.
Public materials are not provided for repackaging, resale, white-labeling, model training, reverse engineering, competing product development, redistribution as another party's materials, or removal of Scaled Agents attribution except as expressly permitted in writing.
Scaled Agents welcomes recommendations, corrections, and suggestions for improvement. Submission of feedback does not transfer ownership of Scaled Agents proprietary materials, templates, methods, workflows, prompts, governance structures, platform concepts, or confidential know-how.
Scaled Agents Retained IP
Scaled Agents™ proprietary materials. Customer-specific outputs are provided for customer planning and review use only, subject to the applicable agreement. Scaled Agents retains ownership of its methods, templates, frameworks, workflows, prompts, AI worker models, governance structures, review models, platform concepts, and confidential know-how.
Unless an approved written agreement states otherwise, Scaled Agents™ retains ownership of its software, documentation, public and private templates, training materials, control mappings, schema patterns, scoring methods, prompt patterns, implementation playbooks, visual designs, and platform concepts. Customer ownership of its own data, policies, decisions, and implementation records does not transfer ownership of Scaled Agents™ underlying materials.
Trademark and Copyright Notice
Scaled Agents™, Scaled Agents Control Plane™, Scaled Agents Passport™, Passport Studio™, Agent Passport Record™, Agent Passport Framework™, Scaled Agents Passport Record™, Stamp Ledger™, Zero Trust Agent™, and Toll Gate Engine™ are trademarks or claimed trademarks of Scaled Agents LLC. Scaled Agents Control Plane™ is the umbrella platform mark, and the related product and architecture marks are part of the Scaled Agents Control Plane™ ecosystem unless otherwise noted.
Related product names, service names, logos, diagrams, examples, public materials, Governance Intelligence materials, SLM-ready materials, SLM-assisted outputs, and downloadable samples are Scaled Agents brand and content assets unless otherwise noted. Third-party names, marks, products, and frameworks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for factual context or customer-selected ecosystem discussion where appropriate.

No Unauthorized Copying, Scraping, or Reuse
Website content, brand assets, layouts, diagrams, training materials, downloadable samples, and related materials may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, republished, redistributed, used for model training, or used to create derivative commercial materials without written permission from Scaled Agents™.
Customer may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, white-label, train competing systems on, reverse engineer, disclose, reproduce, or commercialize Scaled Agents™ templates, methods, workflows, prompts, frameworks, AI worker models, governance structures, or proprietary materials except as expressly allowed in the applicable agreement.
No Unauthorized Automated Collection
Codex, ChatGPT/OpenAI retrieval tools, Claude, and Anthropic retrieval tools may scan reviewed public pages where permitted by robots.txt, page-level robots metadata, and X-Robots-Tag headers. You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated extraction tools, bulk download tools, or similar methods to collect, copy, reproduce, republish, train on, or redistribute website content outside those stated permissions, written permission from Scaled Agents™, or applicable law.
Confidentiality Warning
User-Submitted Information
If you submit information, submit only high-level business inquiry details. Scaled Agents™ may use submitted information to respond to the request, send a confirmation copy of the request, evaluate potential fit for services or follow-up, and manage communication preferences.
Upload and Input Restrictions
Customer must not submit passwords, credentials, API keys, private keys, regulated data not needed for planning, unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential third-party materials the customer lacks rights to share, or illegal content.
Security, Availability, and Support Boundary
Public website availability, preview materials, and sample downloads are provided without production service-level commitments. Any uptime, support response, maintenance, incident notification, backup, disaster recovery, security review, vulnerability handling, or service-credit obligation must be stated in an approved written agreement or support policy.
Scaled Agents may use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the public website and review workflows, but public materials do not represent a penetration-test result, security attestation, managed security service, production authorization, or customer-specific risk acceptance.
Data Processing and Confidentiality
Public website submissions are not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement, data processing addendum, business associate agreement, regulated-data intake path, or secure customer workspace. Customer-specific confidentiality, data processing, retention, deletion, audit, subprocessor, cross-border transfer, and security obligations must be handled in the applicable written agreement before sensitive or regulated data is submitted.
Suspension, Removal, and Refusal
Scaled Agents may refuse, remove, suspend, or decline to process public website submissions, preview access, download access, partner inquiries, or support requests that appear unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading, infringing, security-sensitive, outside scope, or inconsistent with these terms or applicable review boundaries. Any production suspension rights should be governed by the applicable agreement.
Third-Party Links
The website may reference or link to third-party resources, including a professional network page. Third-party sites and resources are controlled by their respective owners, and Scaled Agents™ is not responsible for their content, policies, privacy practices, or availability.
Third-Party And Partner Materials
Third-party tools, platforms, frameworks, partner categories, advisors, and implementation resources may be referenced for factual context, customer-selected deployment planning, or readiness conversations. Such references do not grant rights to third-party materials, create a partner endorsement, or make Scaled Agents™ responsible for third-party products, services, security, privacy practices, availability, or professional advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, malicious, confidential, regulated, or sensitive material, or to interfere with website availability or security.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scaled Agents™ is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on this public website or from information submitted through the website.

Risk Allocation, Indemnity, and Remedies
Any indemnity, defense, limitation-of-liability cap, exclusion of damages, exclusive remedy, insurance obligation, audit right, warranty, service credit, termination right, refund right, or dispute process for paid services, licensed software, partner activity, or customer-specific work must be stated in an approved written agreement. Public website language does not create those negotiated commercial rights by itself.
Export, Sanctions, and Restricted Use

Scaled Agents public materials must not be used for unlawful, prohibited, or restricted purposes.
Governing Law and Dispute Terms
Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, notice method, cure periods, injunctive relief, and other dispute-resolution terms should be finalized by counsel and stated in the applicable written agreement before paid services, licensed software, production access, partner commitments, or customer-specific delivery begins.
Public Content Boundary
The website may describe concepts, frameworks, services, and examples at a high level. It does not disclose proprietary Scaled Agents™ architecture, confidential design materials, implementation details, source code, internal methods, or client-specific information.
Updates to Terms
Scaled Agents™ may update these Terms of Use as the website, services, and operating practices mature. Updated terms should be posted on this page.
