GRC advisory firms
Structure agent inventory, control mapping, evidence preparation, and governance reporting across client programs.
Partner Program
Scaled Agents gives enterprises and their trusted advisors a licensed, customer-hosted or customer-managed governance layer for AI agents: identity, ownership, policy, human oversight, and review-ready evidence in one repeatable operating model. Govern AI agents. Build trust. Prove it.
Context
Most organizations are adopting agents before they can clearly explain who owns them, what they can access, what they are allowed to do, when humans must review, or what evidence exists when something goes wrong. Scaled Agents gives advisors and enterprises a structured software platform to operationalize those answers while the customer remains responsible for hosting, configuration, review, and operational accountability.
Who This Is For
The Partners section is for organizations that help clients define oversight, ownership, controls, and evidence before AI agents become part of operating workflows. It is intended for GRC advisors, law firms, AI consultants, privacy and security advisors, and related teams that need a consistent delivery and resale model, not another one-off spreadsheet or slide deck.
Structure agent inventory, control mapping, evidence preparation, and governance reporting across client programs.
Support AI governance, regulatory readiness, and client evidence preparation while keeping legal conclusions with qualified professionals.
Package Scaled Agents into advisory, implementation, and managed readiness programs for clients moving from pilots to governed AI worker operations.
Support least-privilege thinking, data boundaries, review gates, monitoring expectations, and escalation paths for AI workers.
Help clients connect AI management-system readiness with existing security, risk, and control practices.
Use structured records to clarify where qualified legal, privacy, and compliance review remains required.
Move clients from scattered pilots toward governed AI worker operating models, roadmaps, and review paths.
Position Scaled Agents as the governance layer around customer-selected models, tools, APIs, workflows, and platforms.
Partner Value Proposition
Instead of rebuilding AI governance assessments from scratch for every client, partners can help clients license, host or manage, configure, and operate Scaled Agents under approved written terms. The platform structures inventory, ownership, risk classification, permissions, human review, evidence, and executive reporting in a consistent way while each customer controls its own data, instance, and governance decisions.
Plan separate customer-hosted or customer-managed workspaces or instances for each client engagement under approved terms.
Inventory AI agents, agent-like workflows, tools, owners, lifecycle status, and current review posture.
Create living governance records that map each agent's purpose, owner, scope, permissions, controls, review path, lifecycle state, and evidence references.
Assign owners, reviewers, approvers, escalation paths, and lifecycle responsibilities.
Map risks, controls, human review paths, prohibited actions, and monitoring expectations.
Prepare evidence packages, readiness outputs, and executive or board-level summaries for downstream review.
Scaled Agents supports alignment with frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness, and internal AI governance policies. It provides licensed software, templates, and evidence infrastructure; it does not host customer evidence by default, certify compliance, provide audit opinions, or replace qualified legal, audit, security, privacy, or compliance professionals.
Partner Model
Partners can help customers license, configure, and implement Scaled Agents under approved written terms. Each customer should host or manage its own instance or controlled workspace, keeping customer data, evidence, access controls, integrations, and production decisions under customer authority.
Partner Boundary
Partner conversations can support readiness, implementation planning, customer-managed instance design, and evidence preparation. They do not create partner authority, reseller rights, agency, joint venture, endorsement, certification authority, professional-services authority, managed-service authority, or rights to use Scaled Agents marks and materials until approved written terms are in place.
Client records, regulated data, production evidence, secrets, source code, and security-sensitive details remain under customer control and require approved workspace controls, confidentiality terms, and customer authorization.
Referral, resale, co-branded, white-label, support, training, implementation, managed-service, and client-workspace rights must be defined in the applicable partner agreement.
Partner-led outputs remain readiness and evidence-support materials unless reviewed and approved by the customer and any qualified legal, privacy, security, audit, or compliance reviewers required for the engagement. Partners help configure and guide; they do not certify.
Engagement Model
Partner conversations focus on delivery fit, resale fit, customer-hosted or customer-managed instance planning, enablement needs, optional readiness modules, and how Scaled Agents supports the advisor's operating model. Commercial terms are handled through direct conversation and approved written agreements.
