Who is it?
Record the AI Worker’s identifier, name, version, environment, and relationship to the Agent Registry.
Scaled Agents Passport
Connect human ownership, purpose, scope, permissions, evidence, and lifecycle in one governed record—so teams know what the AI Worker is, who is accountable, and when work must pause.
Accountable Identity
The Passport gives business, technology, risk, and oversight teams a shared operating record instead of disconnected inventories, approvals, and policy notes.
Record the AI Worker’s identifier, name, version, environment, and relationship to the Agent Registry.
Name the business, technology, and review owners responsible for scope, oversight, escalation, and lifecycle decisions.
Connect the AI Worker to an approved purpose, intended outcome, audience, workflow, and risk context.
Define allowed and prohibited actions, data classes, tools, connectors, destinations, autonomy, and cost limits.
Standing Scope To Exact Action
Passport standing is necessary governance context, but it is not sufficient authorization for every action. The current request must still match policy, evidence, review state, approved tools and data, and lifecycle posture.
Toll Gates compare the request with current purpose, scope, permissions, risk, evidence, and required Human Review.
The Passport defines standing authority; a Runtime Permit represents short-lived authority for one specific action before the Action Broker may mediate it.
Evidence Records, Stamps, and Workflow Events preserve the decision, action, outcome, exception, and follow-up path.
Lifecycle Oversight
A useful Passport changes with the AI Worker. Material changes to purpose, ownership, models, tools, data, workflows, autonomy, or operating conditions should trigger reassessment before expanded activity continues.
Establish identity, ownership, purpose, risk, permissions, required evidence, and review responsibilities before use.
Track material change, incidents, evidence freshness, exceptions, performance, and renewal conditions over time.
Preserve clear paths to pause, suspend, revoke, replace, or retire the AI Worker and close its remaining obligations.
